WHAT is meant to inspire and motivate women to transcend the limits of traditional boundaries imposed on them, and explore goals that stretch them to new possibilities expand their capability to their highest level of personal and professional excellence in their fields. While HR is majorly female dominated, HR women are still earning less than men in the same positions, women percentage on the top positions in the industry is still low therefore, WHAT seeks to help change the statistics by giving women professionals a platform and common ground to increase their Skillset and knowledge, visibility, exposure and top positions in the industry. WHAT is dedicated to advancing the practice and culture of female HR professionals’ empowerment by consulting, training, educating, developing, sharing, promoting, and advocating for solutions in the field of human resource management so that we can have an increased number of women in the boardrooms.
